Zhengzhou New East Cuisine School is located in Xueyuan Road 6, Erqi District, Zhengzhou, Henan province, China. 目前学校为三年制顶级大厨开设了烹饪英语课程，教学大纲计划42课时，以学生能够掌握烹饪专业英语口语能力为教学目标。从发音基础开始，系统学习如厨具餐具、烹饪原材料、酒水、菜肴名称、烹调技法、菜肴烹制流程等厨房相关英语以及中西餐用餐礼仪简介。
